We aim to serve very tech-savvy customers—builders, founders, and small teams—who want to fold high-quality contacts into products and workflows they already run (apps, agents, scripts, MCP clients) without taking on the cost and ongoing maintenance of a traditional contact CRM. For many people, a full enterprise CRM is cost-prohibitive to run well; what they need is closer to a simple ride than owning the car factory—reliable people and company data behind an API, priced and operated like infrastructure, not another system to babysit.

We run multiple AI agents that continuously read public and private data sources (subject to our policies, licenses, and partner agreements) to discover, reconcile, and verify contacts. In aggregate, the system adds on the order of about ten thousand new verified contacts per day; the exact rate varies with source quality, deduplication, and compliance checks.

Little Outreach bills API usage at one cent ($0.01) per API call by default. Volume, promotions, and verified discount programs may change your effective rate—check Account and billing for what applies to your workspace.

Yes. Verified students and verified job hunters can receive discounts of up to 90% on API usage credits compared with standard pay-as-you-go pricing—eligibility, verification steps, and the exact rate for your account are shown in Account or billing settings after you sign in.

New accounts receive $50 in credits to get started with API usage. Credit terms and expiry may be updated from time to time; the value shown at sign-up is the one that applies to your account.

No. Little Outreach does not provide spreadsheet, CSV, or bulk export downloads of directory data. The product is intended for in-app and API-driven use—not for downloading large tables to re-mail, resell, or run off-platform spam campaigns.

We restrict sign-ups from regions that, in our experience, drive disproportionate spam and scam-driven abuse at scale. We do not offer accounts to users located in or ordinarily resident in India, Nigeria, Pakistan, Russia, or the People’s Republic of China. The list may change; we may add verification steps or blocks for other regions to protect users and email deliverability.

We prioritize a trustworthy network and sustainable deliverability for legitimate outreach. When certain regions consistently correlate with unsolicited mail, fraud, or credential abuse at scale, we limit new accounts from those regions so the product stays usable for students, job hunters, and businesses doing real outreach through Claude and MCP tools.

We do not want Little Outreach used for spam, list scraping, or other abusive patterns. We monitor for abuse, may throttle or suspend accounts, block integrations, and terminate access without prior notice when the risk to users, partners, or deliverability is high.
